IFA User Guide
The Document Server has been planned to be as simple and easy to use
as possible. We do not believe it should take more than a four mouse
clicks after you have logged on to locate the product provider then the PDF and to publish the pre-populated document which can be saved to your local hard drive, printed immediately or placed on your web site using the special HTML code that is sent to you by email.
The Document Server will provide the following services to any IFA who is registered.
Using the Document Server.
IFAs will log on to the system with their user name and password.
They will be able to quickly select from product providers then by
documents. After selecting a document they wish to pre-populate they will confirm by pressing a button.
This action will dynamically publish a PDF of the chosen document
pre-populated with their firm's details in the appropriate place.
The HTML code will be generated and displayed as well as mailed to
the IFAs registered email address. Every request will be logged.
